We focus on the grape varieties that thrive in our region. Blaufränkisch is the centerpiece – structured, elegant, fresh, and profound, with great aging potential. Zweigelt, the leading grape variety of the region,  complements our portfolio with its fruit, spice and versatility. . In small quantities, Cabernet and Syrah add a special touch to our red wine selection.

Our Rosé is a true passion project: precise, elegant, vibrant, and full of fruit – consciously vinified, not a by-product. Chardonnay is our most important white wine – precise, structured, and fresh, without a heavy oak influence. With an eye to the future, Welschriesling and Grüner Veltliner complete our selection.

Monopol Collection

Monopol wines represent the highest quality from ideal conditions. They embody everything that matters: depth, elegance, liveliness – and, above all, the joy of drinking. Our Monopol wines are not sourced from single vineyard holdings (monopoles), but the name emphasizes the uniqueness of these wines. Monopol wines are only produced in exceptional years.

Monopol White: Chardonnay with subtle salinity on the palate. Aged in French oak, the wine shines with approachable elegance and great aging potential.

Monopol Red: A blend of Blaufränkisch and Cabernet Franc, offering length and elegance, with significant aging potential.

1. ÖTW Ried Aubühl: Blaufränkisch from Erste Lage, reflecting the typicity of the terroir.

Ried Bühl Zweigelt: The finest Zweigelt on limestone-rich loess, combining elegance and depth.

Syrah: From one of Austria’s oldest Syrah vineyards, planted in 1999 by Michael’s grandfather, offers impressive complexity.

Ortswein Höflein: A cuvée of Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch – simple, clear, and good. This is the taste of Höflein.
